Our “sick care” model isn’t working.

The current healthcare system often overuses medications and procedures but ignores the root causes of why someone is sick in the first place. You’re told to “eat better” and “exercise more,” but rarely given the coaching, support, or environment you need to succeed. The result is frustration, a long list of medications, and conditions that drain your energy, and your health.

Dropseed Lifestyle Medicine is the Antidote.

We address the root causes with an evidence-based, common-sense approach to health called lifestyle medicine. As a Pharmacist Clinician, I simplify your treatment, making sure that medications are safe, appropriate, and reduced as your health improves. Patients experience committed, individualized support that leads to optimism and hope. We focus on your strengths and what matters most to you.

Meet Dr. Norris

I’m Davena Norris, a Pharmacist Clinician and board-certified lifestyle medicine professional. I’m passionate about empowering people to achieve their goals. I bring the unique perspective of a pharmacist trained in lifestyle medicine. I ensure medications are used safely and appropriately, and I help people safely reduce their medications once lifestyle changes take root.

The Power of Lifestyle Medicine

It is estimated that up to 80% of heart disease, stroke, and type 2 diabetes and 40% of cancer can be prevented through lifestyle behavior. These same habits can greatly improve, and sometimes even reverse, existing conditions.

What if there were a drug that could deliver those results? Most of us would take it – even with side effects and a high price. The good news: we already have something better. It’s low-cost, readily available, and “side effects” include feeling better and enjoying your life more.

The power of lifestyle medicine extends beyond people. By encouraging plant-rich eating, active transportation, and time outdoors, we also support a healthier planet. These choices reduce emissions, protect biodiversity, and foster a deeper connection with the natural world.
