Join our 8-week Roots Program!
The inaugural cohort for our Roots Program began on Wednesday, April 8th. This 8-week lifestyle medicine program helps participants address the root causes of illness in a fun, supportive group setting. Sessions incorporate the Full Plate Living curriculum, helping you discover the power of fiber-rich foods. You will also experience the power of movement and community as medicine as you build sustainable lifestyle changes alongside others.
We are now recruiting our second cohort, which will begin in 2-3 weeks. The day and time will be selected based on the preference of interested participants.
Interested in joining? Call us at 575-201-3353 or schedule a Discovery Call through our website.
