Your health journey deserves individual attention.
Your Goals. Your Path. Your Pace.
Group settings aren’t right for everyone. One-on-one care provides the same evidence-based lifestyle medicine education as our Roots program, but tailored to your needs, goals, and pace. Together, we’ll address the 6 pillars of lifestyle medicine and the role they play in your health, whether it’s managing type 2 diabetes, obesity, heart disease, hypertension, or preventing family history risks.

Step 1:
Plant the Seed
We’ll begin our work together with a comprehensive review of your health history, any medications you take, your vitals, body composition, labs, and current lifestyle. By uncovering what makes you unique, we’ll create a custom growth plan.
Step 2:
Nurture Your Growth
Plan individual visits at an interval that works for you. During each session, you’ll receive:
Evidenced-based education on the pillars of Lifestyle Medicine
Toolkits with guides, resources, and goal tracking
Medication optimization (adjustments or de-prescribing)
Device management (CGM, insulin pumps)
Access to community and educational events
This is an ongoing partnership, with me and any other members of your healthcare team. I’ll collaborate with your primary care provider, adjusting care as your health improves to simplify treatment while maximizing the results.
We offer both insurance and self-pay options. We accept most commercial insurance plans and New Mexico Medicaid. Please note that because Medicare does not recognize pharmacists as providers, we are unable to bill Medicare at this time. The following self-pay options are available:
Initial visit (60 minutes): $120
Follow-up visits (45 minutes): $90
See pricing for our Roots Program
Note: If you are self-pay and experiencing financial hardship, please ask about our sliding scale program. Individuals who qualify for SNAP benefits may be eligible.
Device Management
Diabetes technology is now standard care for many and continues to evolve rapidly. Tools such as continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) and automated insulin delivery (AID) systems—also known as insulin pumps—simplify daily management, improve glucose awareness, and build confidence.
My expertise enables me to partner with patients to select, initiate, and optimize devices based on individual goals, preferences, and lifestyles. Devices I manage include:
CGMs: Dexcom, FreeStyle Libre, Medtronic
AID Systems: Omnipod® 5, Medtronic MiniMed™ 780G
